Every day, the Cheaper Quality Inspection Center receives nearly 30,000 parcels from all over the country .

Each product is labeled with a unique code, which ensures that each step is accurately recorded and traceable, thus ensuring the transparency of the entire process.

After the equipment arrives at the entry station, the intelligent quality inspection tool developed by the company automatically reads the internal information of the equipment and integrates it into the quality inspection system.

Then, compare and verify with the information when leaving the factory to verify whether there are records of repair or replacement.

01Appearance  inspection

Appearance inspection includes more than 20 items such as screen, casing, camera, etc. Quality inspectors will inspect each item one by one according to standard procedures. The process will also be completed under lighting conditions to ensure that every defect can be reproduced.

For abnormal parts, different defect levels will be determined according to the degree of defects, which will eventually be mapped to the quality grade and price of the product.

02  Function detection

Function detection includes more than 50 items such as screen touch, buttons, camera, wireless connection, etc. This link will be completed by artificial + automated intelligent tools.

For example: the screen touch uses multi-point cross-automatic tools, and the buttons and biometrics will be completed one by one by the quality inspector.
